Before starting a Web development or design project the customer will be required to read and agree to the following policies with a signature.
General Disclaimer
This site and its contents are provided "as is" and BrazenMedia makes no representation or warranty of any kind with respect to this site or any site or service accessible through this site. Customer agrees that it shall hold BrazenMedia harmless and not accountable for any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorneys fees asserted against BrazenMedia, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to hold harmless and not accountable BrazenMedia against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with BrazenMedia's product; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement.

Web Development and Computer Services Policies
All new Web development projects require a deposit of half the entire invoice total upfront before any design work can begin. The remainder of the balance will be paid within 30 days after the site is complete.
BrazenMedia reserves the right to cancel a project at anytime if the final balance is not paid in full within 30 days of completion. The remainder of the balance on the project will be billed if it is not paid on time, and will be expected to be paid immediately or will be sent to collection.
Once the design is agreed upon and the client enters the deployment stage of the project, there is no refund for design work. BrazenMedia reserves the right to keep the initial deposit for reimbursement of time spent if a project is not to be completed.
BrazenMedia will not be held liable for any loss due to computer failure after work has been done.
Once computer services are performed, the customer has 3 business days to verify that work has been done to their satisfaction. If BrazenMedia is notified after the 3 day period all future work must be billed at an hourly rate.
All computer hardware installed is new and will be covered under original manufacturer's warranty. BrazenMedia does not offer warranty on products other than to replace under manufacturer warranty.

General Policies
All other services besides Web Development packages will be billed at $40 per hour unless noted. Services performed at an hourly rate will be billed after the completion of the project and will be due 30 days after the project is done.
No refunds will be issued for Web Development or other services after the work is completed and accepted by the client.
BrazenMedia does not guarantee the success of a Web site in terms of the amount of traffic or the position rankings a site has in the search engines it is submitted to.
BrazenMedia reserves the right to turn down any potential Web Development or computer services project.
Before starting a new project, all potential clients must read the policies and agree by signing below. Please submit this signed form to our payment mailing address or give directly to BrazenMedia before work begins.
